With over 30 years of experience in New Hampshire’s White Mountains, Susan Chenard specializes in helping owners of second homes and vacation properties sell with clarity, strategic pricing, and strong digital exposure. Licensed since 1995 and based in the Lincoln–Woodstock area, Susan is known for her calm, professional approach and deep understanding of the Loon Mountain market and surrounding communities.

Susan brings a rare combination of real estate sales expertise and long-term vacation rental management experience to every transaction. In addition to representing buyers and sellers, she has managed a portfolio of more than 85 vacation rental properties in a high-demand ski town, overseeing owner communications, budgeting, rate management, guest services, and seasonal operations.
